SouthChef respects your privacy. We collect only necessary information such as name, mobile number, and order details for processing orders and customer support.

  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
  • Payment information is securely processed through payment partners.
  • By using our services, you agree to this privacy policy.

📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Orders once placed are subject to confirmation based on food availability.
  • Prices are inclusive of GST 5%
  • Advance booking orders will be delivered within the selected time slot.
  • SouthChef reserves the right to modify menu items, pricing, or availability without prior notice.
  • Misuse of offers or payment disputes may result in order cancellation.

✖️ CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 3 hours before the selected pickup time.
  • Same-day confirmed orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
  • SouthChef reserves the right to cancel orders due to operational or availability issues.

💰 REFUND POLICY

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds are applicable only for:

  • Cancelled eligible orders
  • Failed transactions
  • Non-availability of confirmed items

No refund for completed or collected orders.

🍲 FOOD ITEM AVAILABILITY POLICY

  • All food items are subject to daily availability.
  • Certain special items may have limited quantity.
  • Advance booking helps us ensure better availability and freshness.
  • SouthChef may stop accepting orders once daily capacity is reached.
